RETURNS & REFUNDS
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you have placed an order on the MULAC website and want to return one or more purchased products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the return shipping costs are at your expense.
If you return the product in accordance with the provisions listed herein, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product being returned including the shipping costs relating to the cheapest shipping method offered by MULAC that were incurred to receive the product.
The products must be shipped as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated your intention to return the products. Products must be returned to the following address:

Products must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered. Products must be returned intact, unused and undamaged. Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery or items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods cannot be returned.

If you have placed an order on MULAC and you think you have received a wrong product or have not received a product you ordered, please write an email to customer@mulaccosmetics.com. One of our operators will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution with you.
If you change your mind and just want to exchange a product, you must return it and place a new order. You will find the return methods under the question: “HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? “
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
If you have returned a product and are waiting for a refund, please remember that in most cases the refund is made within 10 working days from the moment the returned product is delivered to our logistics center. Please note that it can take approximately two weeks between the date you return the item to us and the date we receive it at our returns center. Depending on the payment system used, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
I HAVE RECEIVED A MISSING OR WRONG PRODUCT IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
