EYE, BRO! BROW CEO is a clear, liquid brow fixing wax. Its innovative liquid wax texture and its water-based formula perfectly tame your brows ensuring long wear. BROW CEO grooms and sets brows all day long in your favorite shape for a lamination effect. It is easy to apply and its clear texture makes it suitable for all brow shades. The product is a new entry in the EYE, BRO! line to flawlessly groom, fill and set brows.

WATER (AQUA), PVP, VP/VA COPOLYMER, VP/DMAPA ACRYLATES COPOLYMER, VP/HEXADECENE COPOLYMER,
BIS-DIGLYCERYL POLYACYLADIPATE-2, CETYL ALCOHOL, CETEARETH-30, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, GLYCERYL STEARATE,
HYDROLYZED CORN STARCH, HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, PHENOXYETHANOL.

HOW TO USE:
- Pick up the product, remove excess if necessary
- First brush brows against the direction of hair growth and then in the direction of growth
- For longer wear, apply a greater amount of product making sure to generougly coat hairs
- Brush through brows and shape as desired while the product sets
- For longer wear and a lamination effect, press hairs against skin
- Once the product is dry, apply EYE, BRO! pen or EYE, BRO! tint to define brows

No heavy metals (chromium, lead, mercury, arsenic, cobalt, nickel) have been included as an ingredient in MULAC products, in accordance with the provisions of Annex II of EC Regulation no. 1223/2009. The potential presence of technically unavoidable traces, as these substances are found everywhere, does not compromise the general safety of the product. All products are formulated to minimise their presence, which is regularly verified with specific tests. As for nickel, our checks have always showed impurity levels below 10 ppm (less than 0.001%)
Mulac has never tested or commissioned tests on animals in relation to finished cosmetic products, their prototypes or raw materials in Italy nor in other European or non-European countries. We do not report claims such as "not tested on animals", "cruelty-free" or similar ones on our products as animal testing has been banned for years by European Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 on cosmetics. Therefore these kinds of claims are to be regarded as deceptive or misleading as they might make consumers think that there might be other European companies that test products on animals, a practice prohibited by the cosmetic regulation for all companies operating in the sector.
