LIP MASTER 17 DULCE DE LECHE is a light caramel nude with cool undertone, no-transfer, 24 hr, water-resistant lip pencil. Vegan and cruelty free formula.

Lip pencil with easy-glide texture that stays in place for a no-transfer, 24 hr, water-resistant effect. The pencils are perfect for use in combo with LIP TOY balms or with LIP SIN stains to give lips definition, leaving them full, comfortable and glossy.

INGREDIENTS: DIMETHICONE, TRIMETHYLSILOXYSILICATE, MICA, SYNTHETIC WAX, PHENYLPROPYLDIMETHYLSILOXYSILICATE, POLYETHYLENE, ACRYLATES/STEARYL ACRYLATE/DIMETHICONE METHACRYLATE COPOLYMER, POLYHYDROXYSTEARIC ACID, DISTEARDIMONIUM HECTORITE, CAPRYLYL METHICONE, PROPYLENE CARBONATE, PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRA-DI-T-BUTYL HYDROXYHYDROCINNAMATE, TOCOPHEROL, DICALCIUM PHOSPHATE, TITANIUM DIOXIDE (CI 77891), IRON OXIDES (CI 77491), IRON OXIDES (CI 77492), BLUE 1 LAKE (CI 42090), YELLOW 6 LAKE (CI 15985), RED 7 (CI 15850).

Use the pencil to line the lips, blending the color inwards. Then, apply LIP TOY lip balm to create full, glossy lips, LIP SIN glossy stains for a long-lasting glossy finish or LIP SIN matte stains for a more intense color. Excellent used alone or with all lip products in the MULAC Cosmetics range.

No heavy metals (chromium, lead, mercury, arsenic, cobalt, nickel) have been included as an ingredient in MULAC products, in accordance with the provisions of Annex II of EC Regulation no. 1223/2009. The potential presence of technically unavoidable traces, as these substances are found everywhere, does not compromise the general safety of the product. All products are formulated to minimise their presence, which is regularly verified with specific tests. As for nickel, our checks have always showed impurity levels below 10 ppm (less than 0.001%)
Mulac has never tested or commissioned tests on animals in relation to finished cosmetic products, their prototypes or raw materials in Italy nor in other European or non-European countries. We do not report claims such as "not tested on animals", "cruelty-free" or similar ones on our products as animal testing has been banned for years by European Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 on cosmetics. Therefore these kinds of claims are to be regarded as deceptive or misleading as they might make consumers think that there might be other European companies that test products on animals, a practice prohibited by the cosmetic regulation for all companies operating in the sector.
